Cancellation / No-Show / Tardiness Policy
We are continuously working towards providing our clients with the stellar service they deserve.We ask that you please familiarize yourself with and respect our Cancellation / No-Show / Tardiness Policy.
These guidelines are in place so we can continue providing high quality services and results.
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hr notice via email or voicemail: firstname.lastname@example.org / 646-935-9353.
You can cancel or reschedule via the link in your email confirmation as long as it's more than 24 hours in advance. You can use your deposit towards a future date as long as you have cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) / No-Shows (no notice at all) will forfeit the deposit which is non-refundable + not available for use towards future purchases or payments. Clients with a complimentary session will forfeit their visit and as a courtesy will be offered the opportunity to purchase a replacement visit at 20% off during their next appointment.
Clients with Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers will lose the value of a standard deposit off their gift card / shop credit.
Tardiness / Late Arrivals
Appointments over 15 minutes late are considered Late Cancellations and are automatically cancelled in our booking system. Time permitting, we will make our best efforts to accommodate your treatment. In the event of client tardiness, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit and will be asked to provide a new deposit in order to book a new appointment.
As a courtesy we do our best to provide same day rescheduling, subject to availability. In the event that is not possible,
our Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy above will be followed.
Please note that if you do not receive a Cancellation Confirmation Email, Phone Call or Text, it is because we have not received your request to cancel or reschedule. In this rare case, please reach out to us again to confirm your request has been received.
Chronic Late Cancellations / No-Shows
In the event of 3 or more Late Cancellations / No-Shows (or combination of both) you will be asked to provide 100% deposit on services booked. Late Cancellations / No-Shows moving forward will incur a 100% fee. Clients with a complimentary session will forfeit their visit. Clients with Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers will forfeit 100% of the value of their service from their shop credit.
